What these terms cover
These terms cover the router.tilqazyna.kz site, the /v1 API, and the organisation portal. By using them you accept what follows.
Your account
An organisation signs up with one form; no email confirmation is needed. You issue keys yourself in the portal; a key is shown once and keeping it safe is your responsibility. Your organisation answers for whatever is done with your key.
What you may do
Use the platform for teaching, research, and work; embed it in your own applications; process your own documents. Your texts and files remain yours.
What you may not do
Working around quotas and limits, reselling access, uploading people's personal data without a lawful basis, and using the platform for anything unlawful or harmful.
Payment and refunds
Access is free at the moment: the platform charges nothing. If that changes we will say so in advance and will not bill for the past.
Liability
The model can be wrong, and its answer is not professional advice — check anything that matters. The platform is provided as is; we try to keep it available but do not guarantee round-the-clock service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes are shown in the portal in advance; continuing to use the platform afterwards means you accept the new version.
