Who processes the data
Data is processed by the Shaisultan Shayakhmetov National Research and Practice Centre “Til-Qazyna”, 7A Sauran Street, Astana. The router.tilqazyna.kz platform is its service.
What we collect
At sign-up: the organisation name, the contact person's name, and an email if you give one. While using the API: request time, model name, token count, response code, and the request body trimmed to 8 KB. Separately: files you upload to knowledge bases, and the Telegram bot token if you connect that channel — the token is stored encrypted.
Why we need it
To count quotas and show you what you spent. To investigate failures: without the request body a rejection cannot be reproduced. To answer your questions. Nothing else — the platform carries no advertising.
Where and how long we keep it
In a Postgres database on our own servers in Kazakhstan. The models run on our own GPUs, so request text never goes to outside AI providers. The request log is kept while the organisation uses the platform; files stay until you delete them.
Who we share it with
With nobody. Data is not passed to third parties, not sold, and not used to train anyone else's models.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about your organisation, correct it, delete files and request history, or close the organisation entirely. Write to info@tilqazyna.kz from the address you gave at sign-up.
